Public offer for WWC platform services

This document is a public offer (Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) by sole proprietor Viktor Aleksandrovich Khrypko, INN 671409219404, OGRNIP 324670000037187, address: 214000, Russia, Smolensk, ul. Bolshaya Sovetskaya, 37, apt. 2 (hereinafter the Contractor) to conclude a paid services agreement of the WWC information platform (hereinafter the Platform) with any legally capable person who has accepted the terms of the offer (hereinafter the Customer).

1. Subject

The Contractor grants the Customer access to the Platform services: a consultant's personal page on the wwc.best website (including on a subdomain), an account, receipt and forwarding of client inquiries, a Telegram bot with product materials and training programs, as well as other services listed in the “Services” section of the website and in the bot.

The Platform is an independent technical service. The Contractor is not a representative, agent or official website of any manufacturing company, does not sell its products, does not accept payment for them and does not provide services on its behalf. All product purchases are made by the Customer and their clients independently on the websites of the respective companies.

2. Acceptance

The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the service is paid for or a free period is activated in the account or in the Telegram bot. Acceptance means that the Customer has read this offer, the Platform User Agreement and Personal Data Processing Policy and accepts them in full.

3. Price and payment

• Service prices and validity periods are published in the “Services” section of the website and in the bot at the time of payment; price changes do not affect periods already paid for.
• Payment is made in rubles to the Contractor's bank account via a payment service; the Customer is sent a fiscal receipt in accordance with Federal Law 54-FZ.
• The Platform's internal bonuses (W$) are a discount on Platform services. They are not money, electronic means of payment or securities, cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn or transferred to other persons. Bonuses are not awarded for registration, purchases or recruiting partners into any companies.
• The service is deemed rendered from the moment access is granted for the paid period. A refund for the unused period is made upon written request, pro rata, less expenses actually incurred, within 10 days.

4. Obligations of the parties

The Contractor keeps the Platform running, fixes failures, makes backups and responds to inquiries within 2 business days. Service availability is at least 99% per month, excluding scheduled maintenance, which the Contractor announces in the bot.

The Customer is solely responsible for the content of their page and their messages, for the accuracy of data, for compliance with the rules of the companies whose products they recommend, and for paying their taxes. The Customer does not post materials that violate the law, the rights of third parties or the Terms of use.

5. Liability

The Platform provides technical capabilities and information; the Contractor does not guarantee the Customer any income, number of clients or results of recommendations. The Contractor's liability is limited to the cost of services for the last paid month. The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure, including the unavailability of third-party services (Telegram, hosting, payment systems).

6. Term, amendment and termination

The agreement is valid for the paid period and is extended by a new payment. The Contractor may amend the offer by publishing a new version on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect. Either party may terminate the agreement by notifying the other in writing (for the Customer, via the account or e-mail). In the event of a breach of the User Agreement, the Contractor may suspend access after a warning, and in the event of a gross breach, immediately.
