Who is responsible for the data

What data we receive

Only what you enter in the forms yourself: your name, phone number or Telegram, the text of your question and your chosen contact method. If you fill in a special questionnaire, it may contain additional information needed to answer that specific request.

The site also receives technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referral source, referral link parameters, selected market and language. This is needed for the site to work, to protect against errors and to understand what on the site is genuinely useful to people.

Why we need it

• to answer a question, request or consultation inquiry;
• to pass your inquiry on to the referring partner if you came via their link and this is necessary to respond;
• to save your chosen settings and cart contents;
• to protect the site from technical failures and abuse;
• to improve pages and forms based on anonymized statistics.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for mass mailings of our own.

Consent and processing

Before submitting a form, you see a separate checkbox and a link to the Consent to personal data processing. It is needed to accept your inquiry, store it and contact you.

The checkbox is not pre-ticked. Without consent the form cannot be submitted: we simply would not be able to process your request.

Who receives the data

• Sole proprietor Viktor Aleksandrovich Khrypko — the site operator and the person responsible for data processing.
• Partner consultant, whose name and contact details are shown on the page if you came via their personal link. They receive your name, contact details, the subject and text of your inquiry, the selected product or cart contents — solely to respond to your request.
• Technical contractors, who provide hosting, API, backup and technical support. Access is granted only to the extent necessary for the service to operate.
• Yandex Metrica receives technical visit data for site analytics. The contents of form fields are hidden from Webvisor.
• Government authorities may receive data only in cases provided for by law.

How long and where the data is stored

We store data for as long as necessary to respond, to continue communicating about your request and to fulfill obligations required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

For protection we use access restriction, secure connections, backups and separation of access rights for employees, partners and contractors.

Analytics and Telegram

We use Yandex Metrica to see traffic and technical problems on pages. The contents of form fields are not passed to Webvisor reports. More about technical data is in our Cookie policy.

If you go to Telegram, further processing inside the messenger is governed by Telegram's rules. We see only what you knowingly share in the conversation or when confirming access.

Categories of data subjects and legal grounds

We process the data of site visitors, Telegram bot users and partner consultants who have entered into a platform services agreement. Legal grounds: the data subject's consent (Art. 6 Part 1 Item 1 of Federal Law 152-FZ) and performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Art. 6 Part 1 Item 5 of Federal Law 152-FZ) — the public offer for platform services.

We do not request or store special categories of data (health, diagnoses). If such information ends up in the text of an inquiry, it is used only to respond and is not systematized. The bot does not make diagnoses or prescribe treatment.

Partner consultants

A consultant's name, photo and contact details are shown on their personal page only with their separate consent to dissemination. The consultant controls what is visible and can hide the data in their account.

Telegram bot

On first contact with the bot (the /start command) the user sees a link to this policy; the fact of acknowledgement (date, Telegram ID) is recorded. The bot stores the Telegram user ID and username, the history of product questions and reminder settings — to respond, continue the dialogue and assign the user to a consultant.

Where the data is stored

Data is stored in the secure databases of the operator and its technical contractors (hosting, backup), who act on the operator's instructions and to the extent necessary for the service to operate. Information about contractors and storage locations is provided to the data subject on request.

Person responsible for processing and response times

The person responsible for organizing personal data processing is sole proprietor Viktor Aleksandrovich Khrypko. Data subject requests are reviewed within 10 business days. The operator notifies Roskomnadzor of any identified personal data incidents within the time limits set by law.

Your rights

You can request information about the processing of your data, correct it, withdraw consent or ask us to delete data if storing it is no longer required. Write to victor.sunraysword@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Changes

If the way the site works changes significantly, we will update this page and the date at the top of the document.
