Partner's consent to the dissemination of personal data

I, a partner-consultant placing my personal page on the WWC platform, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the personal data operator — sole proprietor Viktor Aleksandrovich Khrypko, INN 671409219404, OGRNIP 324670000037187, address: 214000, Russia, Smolensk, ul. Bolshaya Sovetskaya, d. 37, kv. 2 — to process my personal data that I have permitted for dissemination, on the terms below (Art. 10.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

Which data I allow to be disseminated

• surname, first name (or first name and the first letter of the surname — at my choice in my account);
• a photograph (portrait) that I uploaded myself;
• the city and market (country) in which I consult;
• the public contacts I provided for clients: Telegram link, phone, e-mail, links to my social media;
• a short description of me and my experience that I wrote myself;
• my personal referral code and link.

I choose myself in my account which of this data to show. Data I have not filled in or have hidden is not published.

Where and how the data will be available

• on my personal page on the wwc.best site and on a subdomain of the form “name.wwc.best”;
• on site pages where a visitor is shown “your consultant” if they came through my link;
• in the WWC Telegram bot, in the “my mentor” reply for users assigned to me;
• in search engines — as a result of the indexing of the site's public pages.

The data is available to an unlimited number of persons. The operator does not transfer it to third parties for their own purposes and does not sell it.

Terms and prohibitions

• The purpose of dissemination is to present me as a consultant to clients who came on my recommendation and to give them a way to contact me.
• I prohibit the use of the published data for mass mailings, scraping, building databases and any advertising not related to contacting me as a consultant.
• I have the right at any time to change or hide any data in my account, as well as to prohibit its processing by an unlimited number of persons.

Term and withdrawal

The consent is valid for as long as my personal page subscription is active, and for up to 30 days after it ends (the page is taken down). The consent can be withdrawn at any time: by hiding the data in my account or by writing to victor.sunraysword@gmail.com from the contact provided at registration. After withdrawal, the operator stops dissemination within 3 business days; removal from search engine caches depends on their rules.

Withdrawing consent to dissemination does not stop the processing of data required to perform the platform services agreement (subscription records, referral links, settlements).

Confirmation

Consent is confirmed by a separate checkbox when activating the personal page in the account or by a confirmation command in the Telegram bot; the date, time and Telegram identifier are stored as evidence. More about the processing procedure in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
