Consent to personal data processing

By submitting a form on the WWC website and ticking the separate consent checkbox, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the personal data operator — sole proprietor Viktor Aleksandrovich Khrypko, INN 671409219404, OGRNIP 324670000037187, address: 214000, Russia, Smolensk, ul. Bolshaya Sovetskaya, d. 37, kv. 2 — to process my personal data.

What data the consent covers

• name;
• phone, Telegram or other contact details provided;
• subject and text of the enquiry, comment, selected product or cart contents;
• for a partnership application: age, city, occupation, available time, experience, purpose of the enquiry and how you found us;
• the referring partner's code, page address, country, language and selected market.

Purposes and data operations

The data is processed in order to receive the enquiry, assign it to the referring partner, reply to the user, clarify the request and review the partnership application.

The consent covers the collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, provision of access to the recipients listed below, blocking, deletion and destruction of the data, with or without the use of automated means.

Who the data may be shared with

• the consulting partner whose name and contact details are shown on the page, if the enquiry was sent via their personal link;
• the operator's contractors who provide hosting, API, backup and technical support services;
• government authorities — only in cases provided for by law.

The consulting partner receives only the information needed to reply to the enquiry: name, contact details, subject and text of the request, selected product or cart contents.

Duration and withdrawal of consent

Data from a regular enquiry is stored for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Partnership application data is stored for up to 3 years. If the law requires longer storage of certain information, the statutory period applies.

You can withdraw your consent by emailing victor.sunraysword@gmail.com. Please state the contact details you used in the form so the operator can locate the enquiry. After withdrawal, processing stops and the data is deleted unless the operator has another legal basis for keeping it.
