The water we drink contains no gaseous hydrogen. The stick activates in ordinary drinking water and turns it into hydrogen-saturated, slightly alkaline water with a negative ORP. No appliances or sockets: a 500 ml bottle, the stick inside, 15 minutes.
The manufacturer recommends up to 8 glasses of this water a day and speaks of results with regular use: the digestive tract works more easily, less bloating, better digestion. The longer the stick stays in the water, the stronger the ionization and the higher the pH.
How it works
Hydrogen versus active oxygen
Active oxygen. About 2% of the oxygen we inhale is reactive species, which the manufacturer calls the cause of aging and many diseases. Molecular hydrogen is the smallest antioxidant: it neutralizes active oxygen without interfering with other processes.
What the stick does. In water, the metal alloy releases molecular hydrogen, gives off bioavailable calcium and magnesium, raises the pH to 9.5 and reduces the clusters of water molecules — such water penetrates cells faster, as the manufacturer describes.
What you can see for yourself. The negative ORP and pH can be checked with a household tester in a minute. White sediment in the bottle after standing for a long time is magnesium hydroxide crystals, harmless; the water is changed every three days.

The hydrogen stick is a device that lets you prepare tasty, healthy, hydrogen-rich water at home. It restores the natural properties of water and normalizes the pH, reduces the clusters of water molecules, gives an antioxidant effect and a bioavailable form of calcium, magnesium and other elements in a slightly alkaline environment.
How to use
Before first use: pour water and 3% vinegar 1:1 into a 500 ml plastic bottle, close it, shake for 10 seconds, open and leave for 15 minutes; then rinse the bottle and the stick until the water runs clear. After that, fully immerse the stick in drinking water. Clean it the same way once a week; change the water at least once every 3 days. If the taste is too strong, dilute. Up to 8 glasses a day.

How do you know the water is “working”?
A household tester will show a negative ORP and a pH of up to 9.5. The water tastes softer; if it seems too strong, dilute it with ordinary water.
Why not in glass with a tight lid?
The stick releases gas and the pressure builds up. A 500 ml plastic bottle is the standard format.
White sediment has appeared — is it a defect?
No. These are magnesium hydroxide crystals that form when water stands for a long time; they are harmless. Change the water every three days and clean the stick once a week.
How long does one stick last?
6–8 months after the first cleaning. The set has two — enough for a year with margin, or for two bottles at once.
Can this water be heated?
Not the stick. Water for Wentong and Activator sessions is heated after the stick has been removed.
