Status
A dietary supplement. The elixir is not called a medicine in any document.
Why the document, the website and the chats name different doses — and which one to start with
In brief
Half a vial per the state registration document, one to two vials per the company website, and on an empty stomach per the partner chats — the advice on the WHIEDA Fohou Phoenix Elixir differs, and there is a simple explanation for it. Half a vial is the recommended daily dose with which this dietary supplement based on cordyceps, lingzhi, xianggu and honey is registered for adults. Larger doses are course schemes from partner training; people move to them together with their consultant.
In the manufacturer's documents the elixir is named in Chinese, 凤凰 — “phoenix”. This bird is also drawn on the label, so the elixir has two names: Fohou and Phoenix.
The main ingredient is Chinese cordyceps, a mushroom from the Tibetan Plateau. Lingzhi and xianggu mushrooms and honey are added to it. The recipe is built on the Yin-Yang balance theory; for it, the cordyceps is treated with cold and turned into a liquid concentrate — this is how the company describes the elixir (more on the technology).

On the company website the elixir is recommended for malaise and weakness, for weakened immunity and for the recovery period after illness. A separate item there describes how cordyceps affects the respiratory system.
In Chinese medicine cordyceps follows the lung and kidney meridians: it adds Yin to the lungs and Yang to the kidneys. The earliest record of it is the treatise “Bencao Congxin” by the physician Wu Yiluo, 1757. There the mushroom “protects the lungs and nourishes the kidneys, resolves phlegm”.
In Dr Viktor Tetyuk's partner schemes Fohou comes first, at the regulation stage. The order is this: first balance Yin and Yang, then cleansing, and only then replenishment. The doctor talks about the elixir in a separate video.
Next to it in the line are two vials of the same shape, and people mix them up. “Three Treasures” is made on the Fohow concentrate with an added extract of black spiny ant — as stated on the company's website. In the schemes it is taken later, at the replenishment stage. “Sanqing” is responsible for cleansing. Of the three, Fohow is the basic one, and people start with it.
Three sets of instructions go with one vial. We have put them side by side.

Do not eat or drink for half an hour before and after
The difference can be explained. Half a vial is the dose at which the elixir is registered as a dietary supplement: a daily norm for any adult, regardless of their history. One or two vials are course schemes: this is how the company website describes the elixir and how it is given in partner training, including in Dr. Tetyuk's schemes. A consultant selects such a course for a specific person.
Partners took the evening window from 17:00 to 19:00 from the Chinese organ clock: this is the kidney meridian time.
Start with half a vial and observe yourself for two weeks. Increase to one or two vials together with your consultant, and if you have chronic illnesses, with a doctor as well.
Step by step, according to the document:
Step 1Shake
Before each dose.
Step 2Half with food
At breakfast or lunch, that is 15 ml.
Step 3The rest into the refrigerator
According to the document, an opened vial is stored there for up to two days; the second half goes the next day.
Step 4Course: 14 days
You decide afterwards whether to repeat it.
Rash, itching, nausea or bloating during these days is a reason to stop taking it. You will almost certainly be told that this is “cleansing” and a sign that the elixir is working. We will not repeat that: if you feel unwell after taking it, we stop and see a doctor.
The first and last lines are from the state registration document; the allergens are from the composition.
Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
Honey and mushrooms. If you have had a reaction to honey, the elixir is not for you.
The document recommends it before starting. If you take medication regularly, bring the composition and the document number to the consultation.
The recommendations in the document are given for adults only. There is no children's dose there. The document mentions children in one line: keep out of reach of children.
In partner chats, people name their own doses for children. We do not repeat them: a dose that is not in the document is a question for a pediatrician.
And one more thing. The neighboring elixir “Three Treasures” is prohibited in partner training for boys under 14 and girls under 16. The vials look alike — check the label.
The state registration document confirms composition and safety: what is in the vial and at what dose an adult can drink it. It does not prove an effect on people.
Tests of the finished elixir
We found no studies of the effect of this particular vial on people. There are studies on cordyceps and lingzhi, but they concern the raw material — we do not transfer them to the finished elixir.
Cordyceps content
The figure of 75% is quoted by partner materials; it is not in the document. What is recorded there are substances: polysaccharides and adenosine.
We do not yet have reviews of the Fohow elixir with the author's written consent. If you take it yourself, write to us: with your consent, your story will appear here first.
Why is the Fohow elixir called the Phoenix?
In the manufacturer's documents its Chinese name is 凤凰, “phoenix”. The same bird is drawn on the label.
Should the Fohow elixir be taken on an empty stomach or during a meal?
The state registration document and the company website say: with food. On an empty stomach it is taken according to partner schemes.
Can the Phoenix elixir be given to children?
There is no children's dose in the document; the recommendations are written for adults only.
Behind this vial there is a document with a number, a dose and contraindications, and with it you can start the elixir calmly, without guesswork.
Fohow elixir is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.
