WHIEDA Cell Activator: how to use it

Three modes, five steps, an hour a day — the full method, no fluff.

Prepared by the WWC editorial team · verified September 8, 2026

In brief

  • You work along the meridians, not on one sore spot. The device is in motion the whole time.
  • The three modes are a combination of airflow and heat, not “power”. You start with the second or third and move to the first.
  • Five steps in thirty minutes: half the time goes to the main zone.
  • A glass of hot water before and a glass after. No more than an hour a day, a five-minute break every 15–20 minutes.
  • Pacemaker, stents, children under 12, temperature above 38 °C — not allowed. Feeling unwell after a procedure — we stop and sort it out with a doctor.

The device is simple: switch it on, move it over the body, switch it off. That's exactly why half of people use it wrong and then say they “didn't feel anything”.

The short answer

You work along the meridians, not on one sore spot

The Activator is a directed flow of hot air with terahertz radiation in the 0.03–0.3 THz range. It also emits far-spectrum infrared waves and a huge number of anions. The procedure follows the meridians: general warming, palms and feet, the lines of the back, the main zone, a short finish. Half the time goes to the main zone. An hour a day maximum (from 10–15 minutes), a five-minute break after every fifteen to twenty. The device is in motion the whole time.

A common beginner's mistake

Twenty minutes on a sore knee

Almost everyone who picks up the device for the first time does this. The knee hurts — we warm the knee.

Professional training is strict on this point: lasting results come from working along the meridians, not on one spot. The body is a single system, and a local problem always has roots in other zones. Twenty minutes on one spot gives you an overheated patch of skin. The same device, run along the meridians with a return to the sore zone, works completely differently — and that's the first thing people notice when they start doing it right. But there are always other cases too, where people blew only on the joint and the pain went away in five minutes.

The second rule from the same source: the device keeps moving. In spirals, zigzags, lines — any way you like, but not stationary. Holding the flow in one place is less effective.

The third key rule: a glass of hot water BEFORE and a glass AFTER the session.

Basic model THZ-021

Three modes: what the number on the switch means

The number is a combination of airflow intensity and heat, not the strength of the effect. Higher does not mean better; each has its own purpose. In practice: you start with the second or third for general warming, and move to the first once the body is prepared.

MODE 1No heat

A denser flow without pronounced heat. In the method it is used for active local work once the body is already warmed up. It is also the mode for those who cannot have heat treatments. This is the key mode.

MODE 2Gentle heat

The start of the procedure, the face, throat and nose, sensitive areas. When working on the face, the eyes are physically covered — with a cotton pad or a sleep mask.

MODE 3Strong heat

The back, legs, large joints, general warming as the second step. Adjust the distance to the body by feel: if it starts to burn, move the device further away.

Procedure sequence

Five steps of one procedure

We count from thirty minutes. Half goes to the main zone, the rest is split between preparation and finishing.

STEP 00A glass of hot water

Drink a glass of warm water, 45–55 degrees — slightly hot to the taste. A second glass just like it is drunk right after the session.

STEP 01General warming, from head to feet

Mode three, spiral movements from top to bottom at a distance from the skin. First the back surface — the back and legs. Then the front. A few minutes. This is not needed if the body is already warmed up: after sport, a hot shower or a sauna the effect is strongest.

STEP 02Palms and feet

Both palms entirely, including the backs and wrists: six important meridians end there. Then the soles and the tops of both feet.

STEP 03The main meridians of the back

The Governing Vessel meridian — from the crown, from the Baihui point, straight down the center of the spine to the sacrum. The Bladder meridian — along two parallel lines on either side of the spine, a finger's width out. Be sure to warm the Baliao points — the hollows on the sacrum — and the points under the gluteal folds.

STEP 04Local work as needed — half the time

Here you work on what this was all about. The pairing rule: if the left knee hurts, do the left and the right. If the right shoulder hurts, both. All symmetrical organs and body parts follow the same principle.

STEP 05Final warming

Two to three minutes of light general warming from head to feet to close the procedure. After the session — an hour or two without cold, wind, drafts or showering. No gym or heavy lifting right away. Rest and meditation are very welcome. But getting straight back to work is comfortable too. Just keep your attention as long as possible on the state you reach during the practice.

Step 4 in detail

Working along meridians and zones: where to look for the roots

Step 4 is half the procedure, and in training it is described in the most detail. The logic is the same everywhere: the local zone plus whatever is connected to it.

Neck, shoulders, arms

It's not only the neck that gets worked. The head, the back of the head, the shoulder blades and both arms entirely. The shoulder girdle works as a single unit, and a stiff neck is almost never isolated.

Back and lower back

The back itself, the head, the back of the head and, without fail, the joints: the back is inseparably linked to the entire musculoskeletal system.

Vessels of the arms and legs

Locally — where the spider veins and veins have come to the surface, always on both sides. Plus the zone that is skipped most often: the inner surface of both arms from the armpit to the fingertips, with special attention to the middle finger and the little finger. That is where the Yin meridians of the Heart and Pericardium run. The wrists are worked up close — a noticeable pulsation may appear there.

Swelling and heaviness

The major lymphatic zones: the neck, armpits, behind the knees, the groin area. The feet are worked very actively — both the sole and the top. An inflamed or painful lymph node is not warmed until the cause has been established.

Women's health

The Belt meridian Dai Mai — a line at the level of the navel. The abdomen, sacrum and buttocks are warmed. For the mammary glands — the shoulder blades at the back, the Conception Vessel meridian down the center of the sternum, the lymph nodes.

The chest, perineum and thyroid areas are especially sensitive — do not linger locally.
Part of the protocol

Water

A heat procedure over a large area means fluid loss, like in a sauna. That's why water here is not a recommendation but part of the protocol.

The water is warm or hot, 50–60 °C. Cold water right after warming creates an unnecessary temperature swing, a hard hit on the kidneys, and the body spends resources smoothing it out.

If you regularly get a headache or rising blood pressure after sessions, don't guess at the amount of water — measure your blood pressure and see a doctor. Dehydration is one of the causes, but not the only one.

Safety

Restrictions

Absolute contraindications

Pacemaker. Coronary stents. Children under 12. Body temperature above 38 °C — the procedure is not performed during a respiratory infection or pneumonia with fever. Functional disorders of the respiratory system.

Eyes

Do not aim at open eyes. When working on the face, cover the eyes with a cotton pad or a mask.

Skin

Open wounds and weeping rashes are excluded. Herpes is blown on only before the blisters have burst; after that, the device is not used. The hot part of the housing must not touch the skin.

Implants

A metal implant or pin is not blown on directly — it will be uncomfortable. The same goes for an insulin pump and titanium joint implants. Exceptions in the method: dental implants if more than six months have passed, and an IUD if more than three months have passed. Dental implants made of inert alloys usually don't react; your own sensations are the guide.

Bleeding and the cycle

Not performed during bleeding or fibroids with bleeding, or during menstruation.

Alcohol

Do not use while intoxicated or sooner than five hours after drinking alcohol.

Time

No more than an hour a day per person. Every 15–20 minutes of work — a five-minute break; the device needs to cool down.

Stop

Pronounced weakness, dizziness, unusual pain, shortness of breath, rash, a spike in blood pressure.

In pregnancy, diabetes, neuropathy and reduced heat sensitivity, the decision is up to a doctor. The entire dosing of the procedure is built on sensation, and a person who cannot feel heat well has nothing to replace it with.

About the “healing crisis”. You will almost certainly be told that fever, rash and blood pressure spikes after procedures are toxins coming out and a sign that the device is working. I don't say that. Feeling unwell after a procedure — we stop and sort it out with a doctor, rather than drinking hot water and waiting. For this line I'm willing to lose a couple of sales.

Technological basis

Terahertz: what it is and where it comes from

Terahertz is the name for the part of the electromagnetic spectrum between the microwave and infrared regions. The device operates in the 0.03–0.3 THz range.

It was discovered in Russia, and earlier than is commonly thought. In 1922, at the Moscow Magnetic Laboratory, Alexandra Glagoleva-Arkadieva began experiments with a mass radiator — a device in which metal filings in oil produced electromagnetic waves of unprecedentedly short length. In 1924 her paper on waves down to 82 micrometers was published in Nature. She was the first to bridge the gap between radio waves and infrared light, and the part of the spectrum now called terahertz ceased to be a blank spot.

A hundred years later, this range is used by spectroscopy, medical imaging, materials science and security scanners at airports. The field is large and alive.

What happens in the body

Terahertz radiation is informational: its frequency coincides with the vibration frequency of water molecules and healthy cells. The main work is done through liquid media — blood, lymph, tissue fluid — and so the heating goes from the inside out, rather than burning the skin from the outside. Ultra-long-wave technology provides penetration 10–14 centimeters deep into the tissues, creating a gentle vibration and relieving muscle spasms. A powerful flow of anions activates the immune system and suppresses pathogenic microflora and free radicals.

The PRO version adds a gyromagnetic field and an aromatherapy attachment to this.

What you can check for yourself

There are many patents for terahertz generators, imaging and physiotherapy designs — the field is developing, and this is visible in the open databases. There is no publicly available patent issued specifically for the THZ-021 model.

But there is something that can be checked without registries: the THZ-021 model, three modes and a complete five-step method written by people who have carried out hundreds of procedures. We collect reviews from our partners: the public part can be studied right away, the originals — after logging in.
